Exceptions
Exceptions
Exceptions can be used to stop certain phone numbers being dialed via a trunk group. The most common use for exceptions is to stop users dialing international or Premium numbers.
An Exception is simply a Pattern used to match a phone number. If a dialed number matches an Exception Pattern then the call will be rejected and the caller will be played a message 'That is an invalid number'.
