Call Recording Fields
The following list will detail the Call Recording fields displayed and the description of each of the fields.
Field | Description |

Unique Call ID | The individual call record ID for the call. |
Call Leg | Call recordings are broken into legs, with a new leg for each extension the call is transferred to. Call Leg displays the recording leg number and the total number of legs for this call. |
Username | The account name of the person doing the recording. |
DID | Direct In Dial |
Source | Source of call |
Destination | Destination of call |
Call Leg Duration | Displays the total call duration. |
Call Direction | Displays if a call was inbound or outbound. |
Privacy Flag | Shows if the call recording is a private recording. |
Reference | The unique transaction id added to the recording either via the handset at the completion of the recording (Noojee Voice Signature) or by editing the recording details. |
Call Date | The date and time the call was started. |
Edit | Click on the button to edit the field |
Properties | Click on the button to view the properties of the call recording. |
Delete | Use the delete icons to Mark a record for deletion ( ), Delete it permanently or Restore it ( )Ā depending on the record's state. Marking a record for deletion automatically makes it private. |
