01.2.8. Restoring recording

Restoring recording

There is no explicit restore feature. Call records are stored in the various storage areas and are available in the call record list. Call records can be stored in short term, mid-term or long term storage. The short term storage records are always available. Mid-term storage records are available while the mid-term storage volume is available (for most systems this is always online). Records on long term storage media, i.e. DVD or Network share, are available when the DVD or network share is mounted. So to retrieve records that are archived to a long term storage, you will need to mount the appropriate DVD or Network share and the records will be available in the call list. You can add any number of locations that Noojee Recorder should search for recordings by adding addition 'Storage Locations'.
