Play a Call Recording

To play a call recording click on the radio button alongside the relevant call record and then click on the 'Download/Play File' located at the bottom of the page.

If the recording has been archived then the following message will appear, “Please ask the Administrator to load the media labeled: {Date}.

The download or playback of a recording is audited.

If your system uses encryption to protect recordings then the 'decryption' key must be entered by the system Administrator each time the Noojee Recorder system is restarted.
