01. Introduction

Noojee Campaigner (Campaigner) is a campaign management and execution tool designed primarily for outbound call centres. Campaigner is particularly suited to organisations using paper, spreadsheets or general CRM software for running campaigns. Campaigner provides significant advantages over these methods by optimising the work flow including the call process, data capture and providing detailed management reporting.

Noojee Campaigner provides the following features:

Extensive set of dialers from Preview through to Predictive

Ability to send emails and faxes1 directly to a lead with a single click whilst on a call2.
Set automatic call-backs for a given date/time on any lead.

Noojee Campaigner implements a campaign's complete life cycle. A campaign typically goes through a series of discrete processes, a number of which are repeated multiple times. The Noojee Campaigner Control Panel is laid out to mimic the typical work flow of a campaigns life cycle.

The life cycle is as follows:

Import leads
Wash Leads (option component)
Create Scripts/Screen Layout
Allocate leads
Call Leads
Record dispositions and set call-backs
Repeat steps 4-7 for leads with specific disposition
Export leads/Recycle leads
