Noojee Campaigner provides the ability to add 'Action LInks' to a Screen Layout. An Action Link is a clickable link (URL) which is available to agents and which is normally used to initiate some type of action external to Noojee Campaigner.

Examples of an Action Link are:

  • Send an email to the current lead

  • Send a fax to the current lead

  • Send the current lead details to an external CRM system

Additional Action Links types can be created but these generally require a software engineers involvement.

Noojee Campaigner has a number of Action Link built in.
