05.3 Action Links

Noojee Campaigner provides the ability to add 'Action Links' to a Screen Layout. An Action Link is a clickable link (URL) which is available to agents whilst on a call and which is normally used to initiate some type of action external to Noojee Campaigner.

If you want to automate external actions then you should refer to the section on 05.2 Disposition Actions.

Examples of an Action Link are:

• Send an email to the current lead

• Send a fax to the current lead

• Send the current lead details to an external CRM system

• Perform an action on an external database.

Additional Action Links types can be created but these generally require a software engineers involvement.

Noojee Campaigner has a number of built in Action Links.
