08. Stop Codes

Noojee Campaigner places a strong emphasis on reporting Agent activity and in particular making agents account for the time they spend not taking calls. Noojee Campaigner logs the date and time each time an Agent starts or Stops the dialler When an Agent stops the dialler Noojee Campaigner requires them to enter a reason for stopping the dialler. The reason is referred to a Stop Code. Each time you create a new Campaign Type when importing leads a new set of Stop Codes will be created. Stops Code sets are global and can be shared between Campaign Types however we recommend that you maintain a separate set of stop codes for each Campaign Type.

  • End of Period End of the work Period

  • End of Day End of the work day

  • Campaign Empty The dialler stopped automatically as there were no leads remaining.

 

To edit a disposition set select Campaign | Stop Codes.

To edit the list of Stop Codes select the radio button adjacent to the Stop Code set of interest and click the 'Stop Codes' button.
