Stop Codes

Noojee Dialer is designed to drive the rate of calls rather than allowing Agents to choose their own rate. If the Agent wants to stop the Dialer for any reason Noojee Dialer will request that the Agent enters a Stop Code. Noojee Campaigner providers reports on the selected stop codes as well as the interval between the Stop code being entered and the Dialer next being started (within a given day).
