Callback Modes
In all modes visibility for callbacks may be blocked by flagging an Allocation as suppress.
Expired callbacks are callbacks that are owned by an agent, but have not been called by the owning agent within the time designated by the Template.

STANDARD MODE
In standard mode only expired callbacks that are within the “Virtual Allocation” are visible.

In template mode expired callbacks within any of the templates that a virtual allocation refers to are visible.
