Handset Properties
Handset Properties
Handset Properties allow you to customise how are handset is configured by Noojee Provision.
Handset Properties can be used to control all different aspects of a handsets configuration however most these need to be done in conjuction with modifications to the Noojee Provision Manufacturer configuration files.
There is however one option which you can configure without need to tinker with Noojee Provision and that is Button banks.
Button Banks
Many handsets have a number of programmable buttons which are typically located down one side of a phone. These buttons can be configured for a number of functions.
The most useful of these functions is the ability to 'one touch' dial and transfer calls to other extensions as we as monitoring if those extensions are currently on a call.
Currently Noojee Provision supports configuration of Buttons Banks for Polycoms. Support for other handsets can be added with a little bit of tinker by the Noojee team.
