06.02. System Fields
Noojee Campaigner defines a number of built-in System Fields that are associated with each lead. System fields provided addtional information (which may change over time) about each lead.
System fields may be accessed from Screen Layouts, Disposition Actions and will be exported to a CSV file when an Allocation is exported.
All System fields are prefixed with 'nj'. As such you MUST not prefix any of your User Fields with the letters 'nj'.

njAgent | The username of the agent that made the call. |
njAgentEmail | The Agent's Email Address |
njAllocationName | The name of the allocation this lead was drawn from |
njCallBackDate | If the lead is marked as a callback then this will contain the date and time when the callback is to occur. The date time format is 'yyyy/mm/dd HH:mm:ss'. Note the hours are in 24 hour time. |
njCallDate | For calls that were answered this represents the date/time the call connected (answered). For call that are not answered this represents the date/time that the no. was dialed. The date time format is 'yyyy/mm/dd HH:mm:ss'. Note the hours are in 24 hour time. |
njCallDuration | The duration of the call in seconds. |
njCampaignName | The name of the campaign this lead was drawn from |
njDialedNumber | The phone number that will was dialed |
njDisposition | The disposition name allocated to the lead when the call completed. |
njLeadId | The globally unique Id that Noojee Campaigner allocated to this lead when it was imported. |
njPreviousAgent | If multiple calls where made against the lead then this field will have the username of the agent that made the second last call on the lead. |

njAction | Used to update existing leads. Valid values are Add, Modify, Reallocate. See Updating Leads |
