Warm or Hot leads where the relationship is important. The Preview dialer will not dial a lead unless the agent is ready to take the call.

The Preview Dialler is the slowest of the dialers as it will always dials one number at a time. The Preview Dialer is still much faster than Click to Dial or a manual dial as it will sequentially trial multiple numbers until it can deliver a connected call to the Agent. Unlike a human using manual or Click to Dial the Preview dialer does not pause between each number (subject to how the Preview Period is configured).
Overview:12.3. Dial Mode
The Preview Dialer is the simplest of dialers and provides the best experience for your customers. When used the Preview Dialer displays the lead details to the Agent whilst the number is being dialed. This gives the Agent a chance to familiarise themselves with the customer's details before being connected. If necessary a 'Preview Period' can be specified (via the Campaign Template) which gives the Agent an extended period of time to view the lead before the lead is called. If required the Preview Period can be set to unlimited in which case the system waits for the agent to manually end the Preview Period before dialling.
