Agent Dials In, Never hangup
This Dialer Mode is used where an agent is looking to use a fixed line telephone or mobile phone as the agent desk phone.
For a fixed line telephone you would normally use the Dial Agent, Never Hangup option. That option however requres that each agent has a unique Direct In Dial (their own phone no. for their desk phone). If that isn't the case then the Agent Dials In, Never Hangup is a suitable alternative.
CallerID Required
In its standard mode the 'Agent Dials In, Never Hangup' option does require the agent's phone to present a unique Caller ID. This means that the Agent cannot block their Caller ID.
Non unique or Blocked Caller ID
In some circumstances Agents will not have a unique Caller ID or their Caller ID is blocked. In these cases there is an advanced option for 'Agent Dials In, Never Hangup' in which the Agent dials into Noojee Campaigner and is then requested to enter a PIN no. This PIN no. is used to correctly identify the Agent.

Billing
One issue with this technique is that each time you call Noojee Campaign your existing telco will bill you for each call. This is particularly important to recognise if you are using a mobile phones. You will need an unlimited call plan in order to user a Mobile phone with this Agent Dial Mode.
Mobile Phones
Firstly refer to the notes on Billing above. Using a Mobile can be VERY expensive unless you have an unlimited plan for you mobile.
To use a mobile we strongly recommend that you fit a headset to the mobile phone so that you can type whilst talking on the phone. You should also leave your mobile phone plugged into the charger.
Call Quality
If you are using a Mobile Phone then you need to recognise that the call quality will be reduced when compared to a fixed line. You need to check the mobiles reception from you workspace before deceiding to use a mobile.
Before you start
Before you can start using the 'Agent Dials In, Never Hangup' Agent Dial Mode you need to contact Noojee Support to obtain the phone no. to dial in on.
Logging In
When you login the system will force you to enter an extension no. When using 'Agent Dials In, Never Hangup' Agent Dial Mode you should enter your phone no. in the 'Extension' field and select the 'Extension Type:' of External.
Dialing
To commence dialing (assuming you have logged in correctly as documented above) you should first dial the Noojee Campaigner phone no. supplied by the Noojee Support team and then click 'Start' on the dialer page.
