The concept of an Available Agent is important in understanding how a number of the Dialers operate.

An Available Agent is one that meets the following criteria:

  • The user has a Noojee Campaigner Account
  • The Account belongs to the group 'Agent'
  • The user is logged into Noojee Campaigner
  • The user has 'Started' the Dialer
  • The user is NOT currently on a Call
  • The user is NOT currently in Wrap time.

This can be summarised more simply as the Agent is Available if they are currently waiting for a call.
