17.16. Live Data Tiles (realtime)

Noojee Campaigner provides a number of Live Data Tiles which provide realtime information on a running campaign.

Each Live Data Tile (or just Tile for short) provides a realtime view of specific aspect of the running system. Each value displayed in a Tile is refreshed on a constant basis (there can be up to a 10 second lag for some values).

As this is intended as Live data any aggregate data (Total, Averages etc) are only calculated since the start of the day. In some instances data (e.g. Abandonment Rate) is calculated on a rolling 15 minute average. These shorter periods are used so that you can see what is happening with your campaign right now.

Adding Tiles

Live Reports initially provides a blank window onto which you can add one or more Live Data Tiles.

To add a tile to the window click the droplist labelled 'Tile', select the desired Tile and then click the 'Add' button.

The tile will be displayed and you can then drag/size the Tile to the desired location.

Filtering Data

Most Tiles provide the ability to filter the data displayed. For example the Agent Allocation Tile allows you to select which Allocations to display Agent data from. To filter a Tile click the gear icon in the top right hand corner of a Tile.

Layouts

The Live Report screen allows you to save a set of Tiles as a Layout which can be quickly reloaded.

You may often find that you have a particular set of Tiles that you look at all the time. Using a Layout you can quickly reload your favourite layout rather than having to manually add and position the required Tiles each time.

To save a layout simply click the 'Save Layout' button. If you haven't saved the layout before you will be prompted for a layout name. Enter the name and click Save.

To restore a layout click the droplist labelled 'Layouts', select the desired Layout button and then click 'Load'.

Drill downs

May of the Tiles will also allow you to drill down to obtain more details on a particular aspect of the data. To Drill down 'right click' the data item that you need more information on and a Context (popup) menu will be display with one or more options. Simply left click the desired option and a new Tile will be opened displaying the drill down information. If a context menu isn't displayed then no additional information is available.

Allocation Tile

The Allocation Tile is designed to display high level information for all the active allocations in the system. You can activate/deactivate an allocation from the Campaigner Control Panel by clicking the 'Start/Stop' buttons.

Allocation Disposition Tile

The Allocation Disposition Tile is designed to provide Live (realtime) statistics on the dispositions (i.e. call outcomes/wrap codes) for an allocation.

Allocation Agent Tile

The Allocation Agent Tile is designed to provide Agent status information for agents associated with an allocation. This is possibly one of the most useful Tiles as it allows you to monitor your team in realtime. This Tile displays the current status of each agent (Dialling, On Call. In Wrap etc) as well as summary data such as average talk time. The report also provides a simply method of comparing the performance of individual team members.

Allocation Agent Disposition Tile

The Allocation Agent Disposition Tile allows you to view the disposition (i.e. call outcomes / wrap codes) details of an individual agent. The report displays details of every disposition the agent has selected as a call outcome.
