17.17. Outbound Session
Overview
An outbound session is simply a period of time usually around 2-4 hours where a sales team are allocated the task of calling a list of numbers. The outbound session report allows a manager to compare the productivity of different callers within the defined campaign session.
Sales staff can be grouped into teams by assigning Account codes in their handset details screen. If no account codes are assigned all extensions will be totalled as a single group.
This report also breaks down in to the outbound Session Details by extension. You access the Outbound Session Detail report by clicking on the extension number you want to review.
A number of the Outbound Session columns provide the ability to sort the column. Click either the up or down arrows next to the column heading to sort by that column.
Intended Use
The Outbound Session report is used by teams which are not using Noojee Campaigner but still want to obtain basic reporting on what calls have been made by a team of people during a defined session.
