Overview

The Campaign Statistics report provides summary information for each allocation.

Intended Use

Gives you a quick snapshot of how many agents have been working on an allocation, the time spent and the total no. of leads processed in the given interval.

Filters

Date Range

The period to report on.

Fields

Field Description
Campaign The Campaign name.
Allocation The Allocation name.
Callback The number of callbacks created for the Allocation.
Leads Submitted The number of leads allocated to the Allocation.
Leads Processed The number of leads called.
Agent Count The number of agents that worked on the Allocation.
Total Time on call The total time all Agents spent on the phone.
Date of Submission The date the Allocation was created.
Last Call on The date and time of the last call for the Allocation.
