17.15. Future Callback Report
Overview
Provides counts of callbacks which are future dated broken down by month.
Intended Use
Contact centres which set call backs with a long duration (greater than 1 month) will often want to report on the number of future dated callbacks in each of the coming months.
For may sales organisations the 'future dated callbacks' are the calls where sales occur. As such monitoring the build up of those callbacks is a key metric of the team's performance in building the sales pipeline.
Filters
Filter | Explaination |
---|---|
From Date | The first Callback Date Date from which you want to report. You should note that this is the date the Callback is Due not the date on which the callback was created. |
To Date | The last Callback due date to report on. |
Allocation | You may select one or more Allocations to report on. |
Fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Campaign | Name of the Campaign the callbacks belong to. |
Allocation | Name of the Allocation the callbacks belong to. |
After the Campaign and Allocation names are displayed a dynamic grid is displayed. The first column of the grid displays each disposition, which is marked as a callback. A column is then displayed for each month in which future dated callbacks exists. The final column are totals across all of the displayed months.
