Campaign Manager

The person in your organisation who creates and manages campaigns. A Campaign Manager has permissions to access the administrative screens of Noojee Campaigner. The Campaign Manager is responsible for importing leads, creating screen layouts, defining the set of dispositions and activating allocations so that Agents can work on a Campaign. The Campaign Manager also has access to Campaign reports which allows them to monitor the progress of a Campaign as well as individual Agents.
