The Control Panel lets the Campaign Manager administer and perform basic monitoring of a Campaign.
The small white arrows on the panel are designed to indicate the typical work flow. You start at the top left hand corner by Importing a Campaign,working down then move to the right hand column working down again and finally you can export the results of the Campaign.

The 'Wash' button will be disabled unless you have purchased the Noojee DNC option details of its operation are covered in the Noojee DNC manual.
To work on a campaign you can either start by importing ('Import' button) a new Campaign or select ('Select' button) an existing campaign. Once you have selected or imported a campaign you can the work on the Campaign.
You can switch to an alternate campaign at any time.

	Import a new campaign into the system.
	Select an existing campaign to administer.
	Edit the selected campaigns screen layout(s).
	Edit the set of disposition codes associated with the Campaign (Type).
	Create a new allocation (list of leads) from the selected Campaign for Agents to work on.
	Select the Allocation to work on. The area next to the Allocation button displays the currently selected allocation and its status (active or inactive).
	Start or stop an Allocation. The button toggles between the two states. When an Allocation is 'stopped' Agents do not have access to the Allocation.
	Export the selected campaign to a CSV file (spreadsheet).
