Stop Codes
Stop codes are used to record the reason that an Agent stopped the dialler.
The system ships with a standard set of Stop codes but you can add/delete or change the set of codes. Once a Stop code has been used in a campaign it may not be deleted but it may be disabled.
The standard set of stop codes are:

•Illness Illness
•Meeting Meeting
•Team Leader Discussion Team Leader Discussion
•Morning Tea Morning Tea
•Afternoon Tea Afternoon Tea
•Lunch Lunch
•Dinner Dinner
•Breakfast Breakfast
•Personal Call Personal Call
•Answered Office Call Answered Office Call
•Made Office Call Made Office Call
