Once you have created an allocation you are almost ready to start dialling leads.

Before an agent can see an allocation you must marked it as 'Started' by clicking the 'Start' button on the Campaign Control Panel.

You can remove an agents access from an allocation at any point in time by clicking the 'Stop' button.
