03.04. Screen Layout
Screen Layouts
A screen layout allows you to create a script for Agents that is displayed each time the Agent is connected to a customer. The screen layout may consists of:
- Simple text (the agent script)
- Fields - information from each imported lead that the Agent is connected
- Action links - clickable links which can 'send an email', 'send a fax', 'create a prospect in CRM', ...
When a Campaign is imported into Noojee Campaigner for the first time a default empty screen layout will be created for the new Campaign.
You need to edit the default screen layout to build the Agent Script. The following displays a sample screen layout which demonstrates a number of the key elements of s Screen layout. The right hand text with the blue background is the Agent Script which acts as a prompt to agents. The left yellow block contains fields which are taken from the imported CSV file. When the Agent is on the phone they will be able to update the field details if they need to be corrected. The links (e.g. 'Send SLA info') at the bottom of the hello block allow an email to sent to the customer whilst the agent is on the phone (with a single click). The email can be 'mail merged' with the customer details captued during the phone call.
