Overview
You access the Campaign Session detail report by clicking on the extension number you want to review.
The campaign session details displays every outbound call made during the session.
Intended Use
View details of every call made during a session.
Selection Criteria
This report has no direct selection critia as it is displayed as a result of drilling down from the Outbound Session report.
Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| When | The date and time when an outbound call was placed by the selected Extension. |
| Call Duration | The call duration for the particular call. |
| Destination | The extension/phone number called. |
| Disposition | Shows if the call was answered or no answer. |
| Total | The total number of outbound calls for the selected Extension within the date/time interval given |
Export options
You can also generate a PDF or CSV version of the report by clicking on one of the following:
- generates a PDF version of the report
- generates a CSV version of the report which can be opened with Excel
